What's Changed

We’re still fundamentally a people-first membership, built on relationships and trust. What’s changed is how much easier it now is to find the right person, resource, or solution,exactly when you need it.

We’ve moved from a flat, one-size-fits-all platform to one that’s personalised around your business.

One homepage, tailored to you. Rather than the same static view every member saw before, your homepage now surfaces the benefits, events, and connections most relevant to you right now.
Richer profiles, better matches. Tell us more about your goals and challenges once, and it’s used to help you find the right people, events, and support automatically.
A properly searchable member network. Find businesses and people by expertise, industry, challenge, or location (not just by browsing a list).
Know who to meet before you arrive. Once you’re registered for an event, you can see who else is attending and start conversations in advance (so you walk in already knowing a friendly face or two).

A quick note if you know PACT well: two names have swapped. What used to be Marketplace (member browsing and networking) is now the Member Directory. What used to be the Service Hub (trusted providers and services) is now called Marketplace. Same content, new names.

Alongside your usual Prosper² support, you’ve now got Bob, your Prosper² advisor.

Think of Bob as another way to get more from your membership. Bob learns about your business over time (your goals, your challenges, your activity on the platform) and uses that to surface what’s genuinely relevant to you, across the five things that hold most SME businesses back: People, Risk, Finance, Growth, and Digital.

That’s one of the things ConnexOS is built to help with. Once you’re registered, you can see who else is attending and start a conversation before the event even begins. You arrive already knowing who you’d like to meet, and why. It’s a small change, but it means networking can start on your terms, in your own time, rather than cold in the room.

The New Membership Directory

One of the simplest ways to get more from your membership is being visible to it.

Your Business Profile now has a single toggle that puts you in front of the whole Prosper² community. Switch it on, and your business page becomes public in the Member Directory, searchable by other members looking for exactly what you offer, whether that’s your expertise, your industry, or the problem you solve.

It takes seconds to turn on, and you’re always in control (switch it off again just as easily if your circumstances change).

You’ll log into the same platform URL you already use.

Instead of using a password, you’ll enter your username and receive a secure Magic Link via email to access your account moving forward.
