People at Prosper²: Welcome, Emma!

We are delighted to introduce our newest member of the team. Emma recently joined Prosper² as a Creative Marketing Assistant. Emma graduated from Loughborough University in 2020, active in a wide range of committees for societies, student representation, and the university magazine. Passionate about writing and literature, Emma is a big book reader. In her free time, you will often find her curled up with a good book or cooking something inventive and possibly poisonous!
“I’m a big foodie! At university, I was part of the team that founded the Cook ‘n’ Bake society because I realised no one at uni knew how to cook properly. It ended up being a huge society and we won a couple of awards for our events. I love events around food so as soon as I can, I’m definitely going to try travelling to a few food festivals in Britain and Europe.”
Emma is a keen writer and editor, having been awarded a Creative Writing Scholarship in her final year and volunteering as the Assistant Editor for the university’s magazine, Label. Right now, she is having fun developing her professional and personal styles of writing. She especially enjoys poetry and streams of consciousness.
“I’m very excited to join the team and sink my teeth into our blog and publications. I developed an interest in marketing from working in a variety of positions that allowed me the chance to manage social media platforms, blogs, campaigns and events. Prosper² have a brilliant work-life balance belief that I think is really important and I can’t wait to get stuck in with the rest of the team.”
Welcome to the team, Emma!
