How to: Reward a Cardholder or Member with Prosper² Points

Scenario: You wish to reward a cardholder or member with Prosper² Points.

Step 1 – GO TO PROSPER REWARDS

• Log in to you Prosper² Membership Portal
• Go to ‘Send Reward Points;

Step 2 – REWARD POINTS TO A CARDHOLDER/MEMBER

• Select/Enter the email address of the cardholder/member you wish to reward/gift to
• If you are rewarding a cardholder of YOUR rewards program select ‘Personal’ points
• If you are gifting points to an Enhanced Card Holder select ‘Personal’ points
• Enter the number of points you wish to reward/gift
• Finally, click the ‘Send Reward’ button to reward the points

Step 3 – CHECK YOUR REWARD STATUS

• Check the points have been successfully sent, by scrolling down you will see the details of any previously rewarded points.

Note: You can only send points to other members of Prosper² from your business points balance. You cannot reward yourself.
