How to: Request a Benefit
Scenario: You wish to request benefits you are entitled to as a member of Prosper².
Step 1 – GO TO MEMBER BENEFITS
- Log in to you Prosper² Membership Portal
- In the main navigation click ‘Member Benefits’
- All benefits listed on this screen
- Scroll down to see range of benefits
- Use the search buttons to find a benefit
- Each benefit has a ‘show more’ click
- Click on the request button for the benefit

Some benefits have a further form to complete, please click on the show more and follow the link prior to requesting the benefit.
