How to: Redeem Your Personal Points To Your Prosper² Rewards Card
Scenario: You wish to redeem some or all of your Prosper² points to your multi-currency Prosper² Rewards card.
Step 1 – GO TO YOUR PROSPER POINTS
- Log in to you Prosper² Membership Portal
- On the LHS menu click on ‘Prosper² Rewards Card App’
- You will see the screen below
- Click on ‘SIGN IN’
- If this takes you back to the Prosper² Membership Portal, click again on ‘Prosper² Rewards Card App’
- Here you will see how many points you have on your account and the amount of £’s you have at present on your card
- To redeem points click on ‘Redeem Points’ – 1 point = £1
- Fill in the amount of points you would like to redeem
- Click ‘Redeem’
- Click ‘Yes’ if you wish to finish the transaction ‘No’ if you have made an error
- You will get confirmation that the transaction has completed
Step 2 – CHECK STATUS
- At the redeem screen you can also
- Check latest transactions
- View notifications
- Lock your card
- To check your card PIN
