How to: Introduce New Members (Introducers only)
Scenario: You wish to send a Prosper² Membership invitation to a new contact.
Step 1 – GO TO INTRODUCE
- Log in to you Prosper² Membership Portal
- On the LHS menu click on ‘New Members’
- Enter first name, last name, email address, business name of the person/company, telephone number and industry sector
- Select the appropriate membership level (if selecting BLACK go to next section of this guide for further information)
- Click to confirm the person has given permission for you to invite them to join
- Click the ‘Invite & Save’ button to send your invitation
- Inviting a person/company to Black Membership Level, additional questions need to answered
- Click to confirm the person has given permission for you to invite them to join
- Enter the monthly membership price the person wants to pay
- Enter the number of points (80% of the price)
- Enter the number of cardholder invites the person requires on a monthly bases (additional invites can be requested at any time)
- Click the ‘Invite & Save’ button to send your invitation
Step 2 – CHECK YOUR MEMBER STATUS
- Go to Invited Members
- Different status levels:
- When first sent the status will be ‘Member Invited’
- When the individual accepts the invite and invoice is waiting to be paid the status will be ‘Member Pending’
- When the individual has paid the invoice and has become a member, the status will be ‘Member Live’
- You can also add a new member invite on this screen, top left hand corner which will take you to new members screen (back to the top of these guidelines)
