How to invite a Cardholder
How to: Invite Rewards Cardholders
Scenario: You wish to send a Prosper² Rewards card to a future member of your own rewards program. They will then be able to redeem Prosper² Points that you gift to them in the future.
Step 1 – GO TO MEMBER DASHBOARD
- Log in to you Prosper² Membership Portal
- Go to Prosper Rewards in the main navigation screen click ‘Invite Cardholders’
Step 2 – INVITE CARDHOLDER
- Enter first name, last name, email address and telephone number of the person you with to invite.
- Click the ‘Invite’ button to send your invitation
Step 3 – CHECK YOUR CARDHOLDER INVITATION STATUS
- Cardholder’s status will be shown as ‘Live’ after they accept their invite and register for free with Prosper². They should receive their Prosper² Rewards card 5-7 days later
- Cardholders will be shown as ‘Invited’ for those that have not accepted their invites
- To automatically resend the invite click on the ‘blue ¾ circle’ for the appropriate cardholder
- To delete the invite click the ‘x’ for the appropriate cardholder
- A search field exists for you to find cardholders by name
- The status of how many new cardholder invites available are noted at the top RHS of the screen
