Marketplace	Member Directory	Explore other Prosper members, discover businesses and individuals, and connect directly through the platform.
Service Hub	Marketplace	Browse Prosper’s trusted professional services offering available through ConnexOS.

ConnexOS introduces two new member roles, making it easier to involve the right people in managing your Prosper membership.

You’ll find these roles within your Business Profile, under the Team tab.

From here, you can view the directors and colleagues already associated with your business, as well as invite additional users to join your ConnexOS workspace.

Member Representatives represent the business within the Prosper community and are typically directors, owners or shareholders who actively participate in networking, events and other member activities.

Member Administrators are intended for colleagues who help manage your Prosper membership operationally. They can assist with managing day-to-day platform activities on behalf of the business.

AI-supported personalisation

Rather than every member seeing the same content, ConnexOS personalises your experience based on your Business Profile, Personal Profile and your activity across the platform.

As Bob learns more about your business, recommendations become increasingly relevant to your needs.

Business and Personal Profiles are now central to your ConnexOS experience.

This information enables Bob to personalise recommendations across Benefits, Marketplace and Events, while also helping other members discover you if you choose to publish your profile.

Direct member networking

Members can now publish their own Business and Personal Profiles to the Member Directory by enabling profile visibility.

Other members can browse profiles, search using keywords and start conversations directly through the platform.

Event Networking

Registering for an event now unlocks a dedicated Event Networking experience.

Once registered, you’ll be able to:

View other members attending the event
Identify potential business opportunities
Start conversations before the event

One central Networking hub

Every conversation begins wherever you discover another member but is managed in one place.

Whether you message someone from:

Event Networking

your conversations automatically appear in the Networking module.

Community Groups managed by the Prosper team are also available from this section.

Who is Bob?

Bob is Prosper’s AI assistant.

Bob has been designed to help you get more value from your Prosper membership by making it easier to discover relevant opportunities across the platform.

Rather than making decisions for you, Bob supports your decision-making by highlighting opportunities that may be most relevant to your business, while leaving you in full control of how you explore ConnexOS.

Benefits, Marketplace and Events

Bob’s recommendations aren’t limited to the Homepage.

When you open the Benefits, Marketplace, or Events sections, you’ll first see a personalised selection of recommendations relevant to that specific area of the platform.

These recommendations highlight the benefits, services or events that Bob believes are most relevant to your business based on your Business Profile, Personal Profile and activity across ConnexOS.

If you prefer to explore the full catalogue yourself, simply select “All Benefits”, “All Services”, or browse the complete events listing using the available search and filter options.

Bob AI Chat

Open Bob by selecting the Bob AI icon in the top-right corner of the platform.

While Bob proactively recommends relevant benefits, services and events on your Homepage, the chat allows you to explore Prosper’s offering in much more detail by asking specific questions or describing exactly what you’re looking for.

For example, you can ask Bob to:

Recommend a solution to a specific business challenge.
Find services that support a particular business need.
Recommend upcoming events based on your interests or objectives.
Help you identify businesses or individuals with particular expertise within the Prosper community.
Recommend members who may be relevant to your current business needs or opportunities.

Bob understands the context of your request and explains why its recommendations may be relevant, helping you quickly discover the opportunities and support most aligned with your business needs.

How does Bob know what to recommend?

Bob builds an understanding of your business using information you’ve chosen to share and your engagement with ConnexOS, including:

Does Bob limit what I can access?

No.

Bob is designed to reduce the time spent searching and help surface opportunities that are likely to be most relevant to you.

You remain in full control of your ConnexOS experience and can always browse every benefit, Marketplace service, event and member listing directly through the platform whenever you choose. Bob complements your exploration—it never replaces it.
