Women United presents – An Evening with Sally Gunnell OBE

Sally Gunnell is the greatest British track and field star in history. During a two-year period in between 1992-4 she won every international event open to her, including the Olympic Games, the World championships, European Championships and Commonwealth Games, breaking the World Record in the process. She remains the only British female athlete to have won all four “majors” and hold all four titles at the same time. She is also the only 400m hurdles female athlete in history to have claimed Olympic and World gold and break the world record. We are delighted to have such a high-achieving individual in the house for our third Women United event and we very much look forward to hearing her inspirational story before, during and indeed after her sporting career ended.
