Programme Manager
Job Summary
Prosper² is a Business Club dedicated to the UK SME marketplace, as part of our business club we run a unique loyalty program linked to Mastercard. We are looking for a Programme Manager to help with the management of our card programme; whilst this is a technical role a compliance background would be beneficial, but not essential and full in-house training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain excellent relationship and management skills with all third party stakeholders
- Manage all queries concerning the card programme
- Responsible for due diligence and ongoing monitoring, make risk-based decisions based on the analysis undertaken
- Provide regular metrics to the Board as required
- Liaise with third party stakeholders providing key updates to General Manager
- Actively participate in initiatives and projects to improve customer service, processes and procedures as well as enhance the card programme
Requirements
- Being self-driven and organised, able to work pro-actively and able to identify areas for improvement
- Have a positive mind-sent and the ambition to thrive
- Analytical
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Anti Money Laundering controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft office-based systems particularly Excel
Accounts Assistant
Job Summary
This role is to assist the Financial Controller in managing the varied day to day accounts administration as well as supporting the wider business.
Duties will include
- Seeking approval and processing of supplier invoices
- Processing cash receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting monthly journals and account reconciliations
- Allocating and posting transactions
- Assisting with maintaining nominal accounts
- Provide varied administrative support within our team
Requirements
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping, knowledge xero and accounting software package is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given
- Understanding of accounts payable/accounts receivable principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Data entry skills and a knack for numbers
- Good attention to detail
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive and pro-active team player
Relationship Manager
Job Summary
To engage, listen and enable our Prosper² members by ensuring that they understand our product and services, by developing understanding of their needs and living our brand values at all times in order to generate sales and referrals.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with our members
- Explain our products and services to members
- Find out the needs of the members
- Problem solve and find solutions to their needs
- Identify opportunities to generate business
- Cross sell products/services
- Keep the members informed of new products/services/benefits
- Seek feedback and communicate this internally
- Liaise as appropriate with the Regional Sales Team
- Analyse our customer relationship management system ensuring all data is relevant
- To report any system issues
- Collaborate and support the rest of the Prosper² team
- Ad hoc projects as required

Business Support
Job Summary
We are looking for a positive, organised and pro-active individual to support our Directors, upper management and general business functions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Making a positive and supportive impact to our Directors and upper management staff
- You’ll be responsible for everyday office duties, managing schedules and communications. Prioritising emails & phone calls
- Making travel/meeting arrangements and bookings
- Helping with all areas of event planning from conception to on the day hospitality
- Completing KYC/KYB checks
- Produce, display and send informative internal communications
- Providing administrative support to other areas of our business
- Actively participate in initiatives and projects
- Work closely with our 3rd party providers
- Effectively use Salesforce to keep accurate records of day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Have excellent Communication skills, and be able to convey information in a simple and understandable way both written and verbal
- Be highly organised, able to work at pace with a high degree of accuracy
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous as well as Microsoft Office skills
