Finance Administrator (Payment Processing)
Job Title: Finance Administrator

Reports to: Financial Controller (IOM)
Location: Office Based, Port St Mary
Employment Type: Full-time, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Range: £25,000 per annum plus benefits
Role Purpose
The Finance Administrator’s main responsibility is to regularly process and reconcile receipts from multiple bank accounts across multiple companies, with a key focus on timely and accurate processing. The role will also involve other basic bookkeeping activities as required by the Financial Controller
This position reports to the Financial Controller in the IOM office.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing incoming payments accurately and promptly
- Reconciling invoices against bank accounts
- Understanding and obtaining appropriate approvals prior to processing receipts
- Responding to internal customer queries on case and task management systems regarding payments
- Working closely with client-facing Relationship Managers on account queries
- Maintaining records in line with internal controls and procedures
- Managing direct debits
